A. Cancellation Policy

Introduction

Consumers have a right of cancellation under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities:

Right of Cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.

You may use the attached model cancellation form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your cancellation of this contract. We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

We will bear the costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if the loss in value is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

Linked/Financed Transactions

If you finance this contract through a loan and later cancel it, you are also no longer bound by the loan agreement, provided both contracts form an economic unit. This is particularly assumed if we are simultaneously your lender or if your lender uses our involvement regarding the financing. If the loan has already been paid to us at the time the cancellation becomes effective or upon return of the goods, your lender steps into our rights and obligations under the financed contract in relation to you regarding the legal consequences of the cancellation or return. This does not apply if the present contract concerns the acquisition of financial instruments (e.g., securities, foreign exchange, or derivatives). If you want to avoid contractual obligations as much as possible, exercise your right of cancellation and also cancel the loan agreement if you have a right of cancellation for it.

General Notes

1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. Use protective outer packaging if necessary. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not send the goods back to us postage due.
3) Please note that the above points 1-2 are not prerequisites for the effective exercise of the right of cancellation.
