Return

All items purchased in the HAFLINGER online shop can be returned to us within 60 days of receipt. We cover the cost of the return shipping. In case of deterioration of the goods due to use, we reserve the right to charge a compensation for the reduced value.

How the return process works.

• Use the free return label included with your order. If you no longer have the label, you can also find the return label in your order confirmation.
• Please be sure to fill out the completed return form and include it in the package.
• Attach the return label visibly on the package.
• Drop off the package at a Deutsche Post branch or a parcel locker.
• For returns from France, you can drop off the shipment at a Colissimo branch.
• Returns from Poland can be handled through the DHL network.

How is the refund processed?

The refund of the purchase amount will be made via the payment method you used. If you selected the invoice payment method, you can reduce the invoice amount by the value of the returned items.
