Delivery Times

In Germany, delivery usually takes place within 1–3 business days. For deliveries abroad, the delivery time is up to 5 business days. Please note that the delivery time for payment in advance only begins after the full payment amount has been received.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs within Germany are a flat rate of €4.95. For deliveries abroad, the following shipping costs apply:

  • Austria: €9.95
  • Netherlands: €9.95
  • Poland: €9.95
  • France: €9.95

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain countries on a case-by-case basis.

Shipping Partners

We ship your order climate-neutrally with DHL GoGreen. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a link to track your package. Please note that the link will only become active once DHL has registered the shipment.

Returns

You can return your order free of charge within 60 days of receipt without giving any reason. We cover the costs of the return shipment. Please use the return label included in your invoice email and fill out the return form, which you will also receive. For more information, please visit our Returns page.

Returns from France can be dropped off at Colissimo parcel shops.
Returns from Poland can be handled via DHL.
